【Flow of Reservation】

①Reservation and registration

Please make a reservation and registration after selecting your desired date from the website of YUKATA.

②Send reservation confirmation email

After registration, we will send a reservation confirmation email to your registered email address.

③ Payment method

We will inform you about the details of your reservation and the account number of the transfer destination by e-mail from YUKATA. Please confirm the details of your reservation, and if there are no differences, please make a transfer of the accommodation fee by the day before your stay.

④ Transfer

After confirming the transfer, we will send you the entrance password by email or SMS. Please inform us in advance if you would like to change your reservation schedule. Cancellation fee may occur even in case of change. Please see the cancellation policy below for details.

【About charges】

<Short stay>

The basic charge for a short stay per night. * Discount coupons etc. distributed from YUKATA are always available. For private use, you can usually sleep up to 6 people. We have a futon for 6 people in the facility.
(0-3 years old is free, but no futon is available.)

If you are using more than 6 people, we will ask you to pay an additional charge (¥ 5,000 / person) if you need additional bedding. Please contact us in advance if you wish. * If additional bedding is not required, additional charges and notifications will not be required.

 <Long stay>

The basic rate for long-term stay longer than one month is ¥ 300,000 / month (¥ 10,000 daily).

【About the cancellation fee】

If you change your schedule, or if payment is delayed, please contact us by email or phone in advance. In the case of cancellation, we ask for a prescribed cancellation fee.
